What format are the photos in?
All Look!England photos are in JPG format. For digital downloads, we offer all pictures in three specific formats under a 'Royalty Free' license, 800px x 533px, 600px x 400px at 72dpi and 400px x 267px at 72dpi, at fixed prices. Other sizes and resolutions are sold as 'Rights Managed'; for prices please refer to our prices in the Menu or contact us for specific requirements.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Look!England and it's partners. In the future this may change.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is that when the digital image has been issued there is no way of controlling copies taken from it. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Look!England photos that I download?
Yes. While Look!England offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Go to Terms of Use for more information.
I have paid for a download but I have not received the email with the download link!
Check your spam filter. The email with the download link may be caught in the spam filter.
